How Does It Work?
It's easy! Sign up for the Subscription Box and receive 4-6 artisan products, based around a different theme every month. All products from are from local Texas businesses bringing you a little Texas anywhere in the U.S. To cancel your subscription or skip your next renewal just login into your account online. Please not that subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month. All orders placed by the 4th will receive that month's box, usually shipped the second week of the month. Orders placed after the 4th will receive the following month's box. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at email@example.com.
What's in the box?
Inside you’ll find 4-6 Texas made products, centered around the theme of the month. We provide you with homemade all natural products. If it’s non-perishable and can fit in a box, then you may find it at your doorstep. These items can’t just be found anywhere in chain store, but are personally picked for you. Each box will contain information about the vendors and their products. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our mailing list, for sneak peeks and theme announcements.
Do we do gift boxes?
Of course, whether it’s for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day or just-because, My Texas Market makes the perfect gift. You can choose between one, three or six-month subscription, just click “It’s a gift” at checkout and add your personal message (optional).
Can we do Corporate gifts and bulk orders?
Absolutely, just contact us and we’ll be more than happy to put together a box for the occasion. whether it’s corporate gifts or party favors, we can cater to you. Please note bulk orders require 3 weeks to fulfill. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org for details or questions.
How can I order a particular item?
Our website contains an online market where you can purchase individual products from the monthly subscription box. There is no subscription required, no minimums, and most orders over $35.00 qualify for free shipping. If you are looking for something and cannot find it, or it is sold out, just email us and we'll try to get it to you.
What if I am not happy with my box?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. Since this is a sample service, unfortunately we do offer refunds. If you receive something that isn't for you, we recommend sharing it with someone; these items make wonderful and unique gifts. If you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to send you a new item with your next shipment. Just contact us before your next renewal.
